About the company
Veritas & Luman Media owns and operates the platforms, brands and rights that carry creative work from the studio to the world.
Most media companies either own content or own the pipes. We do both, and we build the software in between.
Veritas & Luman Media is a technology and entertainment holding company. We develop entertainment brands, engineer the platforms that run them, and distribute digital media worldwide across music, film, television, publishing, advertising, OTT and gaming.
The structure is deliberate. A holding company gives each operating brand room to be excellent at one thing — licensing, booking, mastering, distribution — while sharing the identity layer, the data, the rights infrastructure and the balance sheet underneath. Nothing gets rebuilt four times, and nothing gets rented from a competitor.
Our music and rights operating company, Music Label Group, is where that thesis is furthest along: an integrated stack covering the full commercial life of a recording and a composition, from the moment a track is finished to the moment a royalty lands.
