Operating companies
Each company owns a discipline end to end. Together they cover the full commercial life of a piece of work — from the master file to the royalty statement.
The music and rights operating company — and the engine of the group. MLG runs label services for artists and independent labels: release planning, roster management, royalty accounting, marketing and the technology stack underneath all of it.
MLG is also where our platform business originated. The software wasn't bought in; it was built because the label needed it.
The rights and licensing arm. Composition administration, PRO and society registration, collection, and sync placement into film, television, advertising, gaming and branded content.
The catalog is cleared and claim-free, which means a supervisor can license a cue without a three-week rights investigation and a writer gets paid without chasing it.
The production and creative house. Original composition, production music, bespoke scoring, and the studio side of the business — including the mastering technology we developed for it.
When a brief needs music that doesn't exist yet, this is the company that writes it.
Worldwide delivery of recorded music and digital media to every major streaming service, storefront and OTT platform — with the reporting and royalty flow attached, back to the rights holder.
A single release can touch all four companies without the artist filing the same information twice.
MLG Music House produces, mixes and masters. AURIUM finishes it.
Music Licensing Group files the composition, splits and society registrations.
MLG Distribution delivers the master worldwide; Listn Base runs the campaign.
Royalties and sync income flow back through one statement, not five.
